Names, contact information, athlete details, emergency contacts, medical notes, payment information (processed by Stripe), and digital signatures collected during enrollment.
How We Use Information
To enroll athletes, manage rosters and capacity, process payments, generate signed waivers, and communicate about programs.
Data Security
All payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers. Signed waivers and personal records are stored securely and accessible only to authorized IronRoot staff.
Children's Privacy
We collect athlete information only with parental consent. We do not sell or share children's personal information.
